Trade Site Applications for the 2019 Campbell Town Show will be open in February 2019.

Please review the Application Process below, read the Conditions for Exhibitors and Trade Site FAQ’s, then email your 2019 Trade Site Application Form to our Trade Site Coordinator.

Application Process

  1. Once we have received your application, it will be forwarded to our Trade Site Coordinator.
  2. Your application will be reviewed and if it has been accepted you will receive notification via email. If your application is not accepted due to over subscription, you will be advised that you have been placed on a waiting list.
  3. We will email an invoice for payment of your Trade Stall along with details on how to pay and when it needs to be paid by.  We will also request copies of any additional licenses required for your stall. Note: Your site is not secured until payment is received.
  4. Once we have received your payment and all required paperwork, we will post all gate passes and additional information as per your application.
  5. Our Trade Site Coordinator will be your point of contact in the lead up and throughout the show.
